New York state police have identified a 22-year-old Southern Connecticut State University student and a Hartford woman who were killed in a snow storm on Interstate 95 in Rye, New York. Kayla Anne Donnelly-Smith, of Hamden, and Winter Krzysztof were killed Monday while standing on the side of the highway outside their cars after being involved in a minor crash.
