A dead body was spotted on or near the tracks of Metro-North's New Haven Line Friday morning, causing delays of up to 25 minutes for morning commuters, according to Metro-North officials. Aaron Donovan, a Metro-North spokesman, said the body of a man in his 30s was spotted "on or near the tracks" at approximately 7:23 a.m. by an engineer on a train headed to Grand Central Station.
