New York state police have identified say a 22-yer-old Southern Connecticut State University student and a Hartford man who were killed in a snow storm on Interstate 95 in Rye, New York. The New Haven Register reports Kayla Anne Donnelly-Smith, of Hamden, and Winter Krzysztof were killed Monday while standing on the side of the highway after being involved in a minor crash.
