The Greenwich YMCA Board of Directors announced Friday that CEO Ed Philipp is resigning after three years at the helm of the organization. Philipp, who came to Greenwich from the Rye YMCA in August 2012, will leave in August "to pursue other endeavors, the details of which have not been released," the Y said in its announcement.
