U.S. Coast Guard Auxiliary Flotilla 71 and in-cooperation with Westchester County has installed the first monofilament collection facilities at Playland Pier in Rye, NY. Other locations such as Glen Island in New Rochelle, NY and various locations throughout Westchester and Connecticut will soon follow.
