Highlandtown can look forward to the upcoming redevelopment of the former Haussner's building, but the corner at Eastern Avenue and South Clinton Street isn't quite out of commercial real estate limbo. The former Haussner's building at 3244 Eastern Ave. sat vacant for nearly five years under the ownership of developer Joseph A. Schultz .
