One of the most memorable images of Betty Draper is from season one of "Mad Men." In "Shoot," we eventually encounter Betty standing in her yard in Rye, N.Y., in a pale pink dressing down, grasping a child's BB gun, cigarette hanging from her mouth, shooting at her neighbor's pigeons.
