Charles L. Massey, 92, Of Rye, Former March Of Dimes President

He started work as an organizer for the March of Dimes in 1948, and served as president of the New York City headquarters from 1980-90. Funeral services will be eld at 10 a.m. Saturday at the Rye Presbyterian Church, 882 Boston Post Road, Rye.
