The Osborn School Parent-Teacher Organization is gearing up for its annual "Scare Fair" Halloween Carnival and Silent Auction. The fun starts at 10:00 a.m. and runs until 3:30 p.m., rain or shine, on Saturday, October 28th at Osborn School, located at 10 Osborn Road in Rye, NY.
