RYE, N.Y. The Business Council of Westchester recently named Anna Linda Marciano, assistant general counsel, Heineken USA, a 2015 "40 Under 40" Rising Star. A lifelong Westchester native, Marciano lives in Rye Brook and joined Heineken USA in 2011.
