The family of Katherine Chappell, the former Rye resident killed by a lion Monday in South Africa, will receive friends during a wake for their daughter Friday and Saturday at the Graham Funeral Home on the Boston Post Road in Rye. Calling hours are scheduled for 7 p.m. to 9 p.m. on Friday and from 10 a.m. to noon on Saturday, according to the funeral home.
