RYE, N.Y. The New York Rangers and Chase, along with town of Rye, will host a celebration as part of New York Rangers' Assist initiative for Playland Ice Casino on Sunday, Jan. 25 beginning at 1:30 p.m. Rangers Assist supported by Chase is dedicated to refurbishing local ice rinks and improving the youth hockey experience through increased opportunities and accessibility to the sport. As part of the program, the Rangers and Chase donated $25,000 to Playland Ice Casino and has worked with Westchester County to help refurbish the arena that was severely damaged by Hurricane Sandy.
