A woman accused of DUI and crashing her vehicle with her two children inside was arrested Monday. The crash happened just after 7 p.m. Police say Kelly Murdock, 40, of Rye, N.Y., driving a Chevy Tahoe, failed to obey a stop sign at the intersection of German Flats Road and Sugarbush Access Road in Warren and crashed head-on with a Chevy Silverado.
