Heritage Resort Sold

The Heritage Resort and Conference Center, 522 Heritage Road, has been acquired by Alfred Weissman Real Estate of Rye, N.Y. "We are very excited to welcome the Weissman group to Southbury," said General Manager Scott Robinson. "They have an extensive renovation plan for the hotel that will bring many improvements to the property."
